The Culverdale/Westpark I Association was built in 1971 and is located in beautiful Irvine, California. With 460 units, the purpose of the Culverdale/Westpark I Association is to oversee the upkeep of the common areas and enforce the rules established by the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions. This website is provided by the Association as one of the ways we keep our members up to date on current events, Association documents, agenda postings, as well as providing them with a means of communications with the community.
